Please complete a contact us form and include the correct address, tracking number, and contact information. If the order has not shipped, we should be able to update your shipping address. We will be in contact with you within 24 -48 hours but will make corrections as soon as possible.

If you used Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal, the confirmation may have gone to the email tied to that account.

As soon as we have these info, we’ll verify everything and ship the right product to you at no cost.

Please complete the contact us form on the website with all the necessary information included. Once received, we will respond and send you a shipping label/address for you to return the product.
Once received and inspected, if approved, we will issue a refund. All sells are final however because we may make a mistake, we will certainly take full responsibility for any errors on our part.
Please note, all loose leaf teas are final sell. Loose leaf teas are wildcrafted and organic. They are maintained in a strictly clean and sterile environment at all times.

We know it’s frustrating when your tracking says your package is delivered but it hasn’t arrived yet. Don’t worry, we’ll work together to track it down! Just follow these steps to help us get it sorted:
Double-check the shipping address. You can check the address you entered at checkout in the order confirmation email we sent you.
Give it 3 more business days. Sometimes, tracking updates before the package actually arrives. We suggest waiting 3 business days from the reported delivery date to see if it shows up.
Check with your neighbors or a household member. Sometimes a neighbor might receive your package by mistake, or a household member may have accepted it on your behalf. We recommend checking with them to see if it’s been delivered!
Contact your local post office. If your package still hasn’t arrived after waiting, contact your local postal service or carrier for more details about the delivery.
If you’ve done all of the above and still don’t have your order:
If you added Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout, send us your order number and verified shipping address, and we’ll process a replacement. We can send it to a different address if you prefer!
If protection wasn’t added, we unfortunately can’t offer a replacement.
